The New Haven community is known for its small-town atmosphere. With a population of 1,857, New Haven is small enough to be a place where people still wave to each other on the street, yet big enough to provide a wide range of services and opportunities.
Because New Haven is such a desirable community in which to live and work, population growth over the past several years has been steady. The community’s employment base is solid, the real estate market is active and at least 80 new single family housing units are slated for construction over the next four years.
